On Good Friday, 15 April 2022, we begin the novena before Divine Mercy Sunday.
Our Lord Jesus asked St. Faustina to use this novena to prepare for the feast in which we worship God in the mystery of His unfathomable mercy.
“Through this Novena I shall grant all manner of graces to souls” (Diary 796), promised Jesus to his Apostle of Mercy.
For 9 consecutive days, we shall pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy. To the novena of Chaplets we shall add the novena which Jesus dictated to Sister Faustina (see Diary 1209-1229).
All are invited to join this spiritual preparation for the Feast of Mercy. We desire to pray this novena in a special way this year, holding in our hearts this rallying cry: “Let’s stop wars by crying out to God’s Mercy”.
On our Faustinum.pl website and YouTube channel we shall upload the novena for each day, beginning on April 15th to the 23rd.
May ardent prayer for an end to the war in Ukraine, for peace in Europe and in the whole world flow from our hearts.
