On May 13, 2022, during the 19th General Chapter of the Congregation of the Sisters of Our Lady of Mercy, a new superior general was elected. She is,
Mother Miriam Janiec ISMM.
The new Executive Board of the Congregation was also elected:
Sr. M. Petra Kowalczyk ISMM as Vicar-General;
And Sr. M. Nicola Kwiecińska ISMM, Sr. M. Stella Boruch ISMM and Sr. M. Gaudia Skass ISMM as councillors.
We embrace in heartfelt prayer our Mother and the new Board
asking for the light of the Holy Spirit
and His guidance in fulfilling this ministry for the Congregation and the Church.
