‘‘O sweetest Jesus, You have allowed miserable me
to know Your unfathomable mercy; (…)
today I take the two rays which have come out of
Your merciful Heart
– that is the blood and the water –
into my hands and send them out all over the Earth,
so that every soul may experience Your mercy,
and having experienced it, praise it
for age upon age unending”.

Dear Apostles of Divine Mercy!
The Passion, Death and Resurrection of Christ are the greatest and most precious mysteries of our faith. We live them once again with the whole Church in our daily lives. In Him – in Jesus Crucified, Risen and merciful – is our hope, our rescue and Salvation. So let us open our hearts to the infinite depths of God’s mercy, which has the power to transform, renew and heal us and those around us.
May living this Paschal time – the time of Christ’s victory over evil and death – inflame our hearts with the desire for every person to know and experience God’s merciful love. Together with St. Faustina, let us confidently take into our hands the two rays that came out of the merciful Heart of Jesus and send them out all over the Earth, so that through our deeds of mercy and persistent prayer, God’s mercy may pour out upon the whole world.
A joyful and peaceful Feast of the Resurrection of the Lord!
With prayers and Easter greetings,
