All the Apostles of Divine Mercy are invited to join in the “Day of Mary” prayer initiative.
On January 13, bishops, priests, religious and lay people from many pilgrimage sites around the world will pray the rosary for 24 hours for the triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. This prayer event is organized by the Convention for the Family under the patronage of Bp. Kubos from Slovakia. At each pilgrimage site, 2 parts of the rosary and an act of consecration to Our Lady will be prayed. Prayers will flow from the Sanctuaries of Fatima, Lourdes, La Sallete, Amsterdam, Kibeho, Guadalupe, Aparecida in Brazil, San Giovanni Rotondo, Gargano, Loretto, Mukachevo, Manila, Levoca, Litmanova, Mariapots (Hungary), among others.
Our Shrine is also taking part in this initiative. The transmission of the prayer from Łagiewniki will begin at 3 pm. After the Hour of Mercy and the Chaplet of Divine Mercy we will be praying the rosary in Slovak, Polish, Italian and English.
